CPPOA members enjoy an exclusive invite to the CPPOA annual meeting that includes dinner and tickets to Cedar Point. NO WAKE buoys are provided and maintained along the Chaussee shoreline. Newsletters, along with community information, including important updates related to road maintenance and Cedar Point Corporate Communications.

All Cedar Point Peninsula property owners are eligible for membership and shall have voting privileges for board member selection at the annual meeting. Annual Dues are $95. Dues for new members are $50 for the first year and must be submitted with an application and personal check.

Cedar Point Property Owners Association Mission
The purpose of the Association shall be to unite for their common good all the owners of residential real estate on the Cedar Point Peninsula of Sandusky, Ohio, and to further their interests as property owners in this location to the end that this section of the City of Sandusky, Ohio shall be a desirable residential area.
